The Heart Inquiry Group meets one Sunday afternoon a month.
 at Mauka Mist from 4 PM to 5:30 PM. Meetings are scheduled on the following Sundays:

Participants read and explore a chapter of a selected book, and then come together to share and discuss how the reading has come alive for them during the month.
We are currently reading Sharon Salzburg's book:

Loving-Kindness-The Revolutionary Art of Happiness.
