THE MEDITATION GROUP WITH GAVIN IN HOLUALOA
Meets regularly at " Malama I Ka Ola" (The Holistic Health Center) Wednesday evenings from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. On the last Wednesday of every month there will be a community potluck and tea at 7:30 p.m. Sitting and walking meditation instructions will be offered at all groups, along with a talk. There will be opportunity for discussion and inquiry. Beginners are welcome. Groups are non-denominational and open to people of all spiritual traditions. Please do not plan to arrive late or leave early

DIRECTIONS TO THE HOLUALOA MEDITATION GROUP:
From the Airport: At the airport, turn right onto the main highway heading towards
"The abiding recognition of that which is always awake, loving, silent and ever present: this the central concern of meditation practice"

Kailua-Kona. Proceed approximately 2 miles to the second traffic light, and turn left onto Hina Lani Rd (known as the Costco Road to locals!) Head up Hina Lani Rd about 3 miles to the traffic light. Turn right and then left to onto Route to the fact 180. Proceed for about 5 miles or so to Holualoa Village. Malama i ka ola is a white building on the left, mauka, after Ferrari Coffee and before the Post Office.
Parking is available along the road and behind Malama i ka ola, on the vacant parking lot.
Chairs, cushions and mats for the wooden floor are available
From Kailua-Kona:Take Palani Rd up the hill for about 3 1/2 miles, turn right onto Route 180 towards Holualoa). Proceed as above.
From Waimea: Entering Kailua-Kona along the (Upper ) Hawaii Belt Road, turn left after the first traffic light, onto route 180, towards Holualoa Village. Proceed as above.
From South Kona: After the Aloha Theater, proceed straight onto Mamalahoa Highway and wind your way toHolualoa Village. (Do not incline left, down towards Kailua Kona.) Malama i ka Ola is on the right after the Post Office.
