We come together

on retreats and at meditation groups
as *Ohana and *Umndeni.
(*meaning "family" in the Native Hawaiian and Zulu languages).

Meditation practice and inquiry , the foundation-stones of our togetherness, incline us towards a way of being, that is real, loving and fully human.

This is the ground upon which we awaken to the deepest truth of who we are.
